Grounding the intellect requires engaging the senses. The cohort transitions to Zenzen Gardens against the backdrop of the West Elk Mountains, integrating the day’s breakthroughs over crystal charcuterie — estate-grown fruits, artisanal cheeses, homemade chutneys, and local Sweet Vine cheesecakes.

An open-sky culinary immersion served on the main lawn of the estate. Surrounded by lush fields and lit by 36 glowing torches, this private five-course dinner features local, organic ingredients prepared by the valley’s premier chefs — each course paired with Alfred Eames wines, served on curated vintage china, and accompanied by intimate acoustic melodies under the stars.
